How to make “perkedel”



the ingredients needed:
-potatoes that have been boiled
-pepper
-flavor
-leaf celery that has been cut into small pieces

additional materials (if any):
-ground beef that has been thawed
-sausage
-nutmeg that has been destroyed

how to make perkedel:
1. soften the potatoes that have been boiled
2. add pepper and flavoring to taste, mix well
3. add celery, stirring until smooth
4. add the ground beef, sausage and nutmeg, stir again until well blended
5. make into a full circle the potato dough
6. take small circle of dough one by one to be fried later

before frying, prepare a raw egg that has been mixed well, it serves as a lubricant egg patties that do not fall apart when fried patties

7. grab a small circle and then dip into the beaten eggs, then dip it into a pot that has been boiling oil
8. move again in one by one until the dough runs
9. and perkedel are ready to be enjoyed
